Dark Circles

In order to reduce dark circles under your eyes, putting a warm teabag on them helps a bit. Just use the teabag right after making a cup of tea so its still warm.

Easy way to burn fat!!

One of the thousand ways to deal better with fat is to drink warm water aftr a meal. The fat is found to break down easily when warm water goes in. In fact colde water actually hardens the fat.
Hence after every meal...try to drink warm water.
I have started drinking warm water always....who knows...there might be fat always in the stomach :)...I am determined to get rid of it:)

Again a skin glow technic

Before getting ready for your bath, grind channa dal to paste an mix with a pinch of turmeric and a few drops of lemon juice. Also mix a few drops of milk and 2 tsp of coconut oil. Apply on face. Leave it for ½ hour. Then, gently wetting your hands, scrub off the paste. It will leave your skin glowing.

Improve skin blood circulation

To lighten and brighten the skin and improve blood circulation, fry 1 tsp of masoor dal in 1 tbsp of olive oil to red colour. Grind to paste in milk. Apply on face and leave till skin feels taut. Wash off and see your face glow.

Easy walking to reduce weight!

This is something that i have been doing from a very long time now. So thought i'll put it down here.

Amma had read aboutt his in some book. It is about walking. So many of us dont find the time to go walking. We have bad roads filled with slush and so cannot go. Some of us are nto allowed to go alone. so many reasons. So how would it be if we could walk at home???!!!

Surprising? yes we can . I used to do it alomost everyday.

ok..this is how it is done. get some space...lets say the terrace, or lawn or a room without furniture at home or an empty site in front of ur house or ur car parking space or garage....
start walking. but dont walk round and round the room. u will get giddy...
u r supposed to walk in the form of an eight....yes, the number 8.

u don have to draw and 8 and walk on it. just an imaginary one. u dont have to be perfect also. the idea is that, when u walk as an 8...you don go in the same direction....(i dont know how to explain it better)...hence u wont feel giddy altho u r walking in a small area.

and when u try to walk as the curved top and bottom area....u put pressure on ur sides...hips...this will help reducing these portions of the body.

I used to do it everyday. It was very refreshing and nice.

you can do it any time of the day, you dont have to go outside home,you dont need company, you can have some activity on the kitchen stove or on the computer and can simulataneoulsy do this when something is getting cooked or processed...

And let me tell this...it is very tiring..I sweat a lot when I do this...
you can walk slowly or even fast. I walk quite fast...
